400;\">emp\u00eacher<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> le rejet d\u2019agents chimiques. The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health a d\u00e9clar\u00e9, \u00ab\u00a0les agents chimiques ne se r\u00e9pandent pas aussi facilement \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, ce qui pourrait limiter le rejet d\u2019agents chimiques\u00a0\u00bb (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/archives\/la-xpm-2005-jun-27-he-plastic27-story.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LAT<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Autrement dit, la cong\u00e9lation d\u2019un r\u00e9cipient en plastique quelconque ne repr\u00e9sente pas un risque de cancer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certains plastiques contiennent de l\u2019adipate de bis(2-\u00e9thylhexyle) (DEHA), qui peut \u00eatre rejet\u00e9 lorsque le r\u00e9cipient est chauff\u00e9 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/archives\/la-xpm-2005-jun-27-he-plastic27-story.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(LAT)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Il est possible que des substances utilis\u00e9es dans le processus de fabrication des plastiques, telles que le DEHA, s\u2019introduisent dans les aliments pendant le processus de chauffe. Toutefois la FDA impose des r\u00e9glementations strictes concernant les r\u00e9cipients en plastique \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant \u00ab\u00a0adapt\u00e9s au micro-ondes\u00a0\u00bb (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/consumers\/consumer-updates\/5-tips-using-your-microwave-oven-safely\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FDA<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"recherche-\u00e9pid\u00e9miologique\">Recherche \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant l\u2019Agence de protection de l\u2019environnement (Environmental Protection Agency) a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0on ne peut pas raisonnablement pr\u00e9voir que le DEHA cause le cancer, une immunotoxicit\u00e9, la mutation des g\u00e8nes, une toxicit\u00e9 pour le foie, les reins, l\u2019appareil reproducteur ou le d\u00e9veloppement, ou qu\u2019il ait d\u2019autres effets chroniques irr\u00e9versibles sur la sant\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/jnci\/article\/104\/9\/652\/874140?login=true\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fillon et al.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"\u00c9tude-en-laboratoire\/\u00e9l\u00e9men\">\u00c9tude en laboratoire\/\u00e9l\u00e9ments de preuve<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il n\u2019existe aucune preuve \u00e9tablie par des \u00e9tudes en laboratoire indiquant que la cuisson au micro-ondes ou la cong\u00e9lation du plastique entra\u00eene une augmentation de votre risque de cancer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"classification-des-substances-\"><strong><i>Classification des substances canc\u00e9rog\u00e8nes du CIRC\u00a0:<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Groupe 3 (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019agent ne peut \u00eatre class\u00e9 du point de vue de sa canc\u00e9rog\u00e9nicit\u00e9 pour l\u2019homme<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0: adipate de bis(2-\u00e9thylhexyle))<\/span><\/h4>\n<h3 id=\"how-to-reduce-your-risk\">Comment r\u00e9duire votre risque<\/h3>\n<p>Le meilleur moyen de r\u00e9duire votre risque est de cuire vos aliments au micro-ondes dans un r\u00e9cipient en verre ou en c\u00e9ramique qui r\u00e9siste \u00e0 la chaleur et qui est \u00e9tiquet\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant adapt\u00e9 au micro-ondes.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"bottom-line\">En un mot<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re concluante que le DEHA qui se trouve dans les plastiques est canc\u00e9rog\u00e8ne (causant le cancer).
