400;\">\u9ad8\u8102\u80aa\u996e\u98df\u964d\u4f4e\u764c\u75c7\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u6e90\u4e8e\u5bf9\u996e\u98df\u548c\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u201c\u5065\u5eb7\u8102\u80aa\u201d\u6444\u5165\u91cf\u9ad8\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u5982\u5730\u4e2d\u6d77\u6cbf\u5cb8\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u764c\u75c7\u53d1\u75c5\u7387\u8f83\u4f4e\u3002\u4f46\u7ecf\u8fc7\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u764c\u75c7\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u4f3c\u4e4e\u4e0e\u8102\u80aa\u6444\u5165\u91cf\u65e0\u5173 400;\">)\u3002\u6574\u4f53\u996e\u98df\u9009\u62e9\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u996e\u98df\u4e2d\u7684\u8102\u80aa\u7c7b\u578b\u548c\u8d28\u91cf\u4e5f\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u9ad8\u8102\u80aa\u996e\u98df\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u51cf\u80a5\u548c\u9884\u9632\u764c\u75c7\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u6d41\u884c\u8d77\u6765\u4e86\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u4e13\u5bb6\u8b66\u544a\u79f0\uff0c\u6444\u5165\u592a\u591a\u8102\u80aa\uff08\u548c\u4e0d\u5f53\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u8102\u80aa\uff09\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u60a3\u764c\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"epidemiological-evidence\">\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u8bc1\u636e<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u5173\u4e8e\u81b3\u98df\u8102\u80aa\u7684\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u4ecd\u7136\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u591a\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u5e94\u8be5\u907f\u514d\u6444\u5165\u54ea\u4e9b\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u8102\u80aa\u4ee5\u53ca\u6bcf\u79cd\u8102\u80aa\u5bf9\u764c\u75c7\u98ce\u9669\u6709\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4eba\u4eec\u5df2\u7ecf\u5bf9\u5355\u4e0d\u9971\u548c\u3001\u591a\u4e0d\u9971\u548c\u4ee5\u53ca\u53cd\u5f0f\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u591a\u5e74\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4f46\u5c1a\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u5b83\u4eec\u5bf9\u764c\u75c7\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u5f71\u54cd\u3002 World Cancer Research Fund \u603b\u7ed3\u8bf4\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u6709\u9650\u7684\u6216\u63a8\u65ad\u6027\u8bc1\u636e\u8868\u660e\u603b\u8102\u80aa\u6216\u9971\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u6444\u5165\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\u4e0e\u764c\u75c7\u98ce\u9669\u76f8\u5173\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"laboratory\/supporting-evidence\">\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\/\u652f\u6301\u8bc1\u636e<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e00\u9879\u5bf9\u6000\u5b55\u96cc\u9f20\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u9ad8\u8102\u80aa\u996e\u98df\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff08<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/breast-cancer-research.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s13058-017-0866-x\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nguyen \u7b49\u4eba<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8fd8\u4e0d\u591f\u8be6\u7ec6\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u5f85\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\u6765\u63a2\u8ba8\u9ad8\u8102\u80aa\u996e\u98df\u5bf9\u52a8\u7269\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"iarc-carcinogen-classification\"><strong><i>IARC \u81f4\u764c\u7269\u5206\u7c7b\uff1a<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u65e0\u6cd5\u5206\u7c7b<\/span><\/h4>\n<h3 id=\"how-to-reduce-your-risk\">\u964d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n<p>\u8102\u80aa\u662f\u6700\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u6765\u6e90\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5c11\u91cf\u98df\u7528\u5c31\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u6444\u5165\u8fc7\u91cf\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u989d\u5916\u7684\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u5bfc\u81f4\u4f53\u91cd\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u764c\u75c7\u98ce\u9669\u5c31\u4ee4\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u62c5\u5fe7\uff1b\u80a5\u80d6\u662f\u591a\u79cd\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u964d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u63d0\u793a\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u63a7\u5236\u6444\u5165\u764c\u75c7\u98ce\u9669\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u98df\u7269\u8102\u80aa\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7ea2\u8089\u548c\u52a0\u5de5\u8089\u7c7b\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u996e\u98df\u4ee5\u852c\u83dc\u3001\u6c34\u679c\u3001\u5168\u8c37\u7c7b\u548c\u8c46\u7c7b\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u8102\u80aa\u3001\u8425\u517b\u7d20\u3001\u4fdd\u62a4\u6027\u690d\u7269\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28\u548c\u81b3\u98df\u7ea4\u7ef4\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u98df\u7528\u5929\u7136\u9ad8\u8102\u80aa\u690d\u7269\u6027\u98df\u7269\uff08\u5982\u575a\u679c\u548c\u9cc4\u68a8\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5728\u51cf\u80a5\u6216\u907f\u514d\u4f53\u91cd\u589e\u52a0\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4f4e\u8102\u996e\u98df\u5e76\u4e0d\u6bd4\u5176\u4ed6\u4f4e\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u996e\u98df\u6548\u679c\u66f4\u597d
