400;\">\u6240\u6709\u70df\u8349\u5236\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u9999\u70df\u3001\u96ea\u8304\u3001\u70df\u6597\u70df\u8349\u3001\u5480\u56bc\u70df\u8349\u548c\u9f3b\u70df\uff0c\u90fd\u542b\u6709\u6709\u6bd2\u7269\u8d28\u3001\u81f4\u764c\u7269\u8d28\u548c\u5c3c\u53e4\u4e01\uff08\u4e00\u79cd\u9ad8\u5ea6\u6210\u763e\u7269\u8d28\uff09\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span 400;\">\u96ea\u8304\u548c\u70df\u6597\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a\u5371\u5bb3\u8f83\u8f7b\u7684\u5438\u70df\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1b\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u96ea\u8304\u548c\u70df\u6597\u5438\u70df\u8005\u60a3\u53e3\u8154\u764c\u3001\u98df\u9053\u764c\u3001\u5589\u5934\u764c\u548c\u80ba\u764c\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u70df\u6597\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u5634\u5507\u4e0a\uff0c\u70df\u6597\u5438\u70df\u8005\u60a3\u5507\u764c\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u4e5f\u589e\u52a0\u4e86 id=\"\"><strong>IARC \u81f4\u764c\u7269\u5206\u7c7b\uff1a<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 \u7c7b\uff08\u5bf9\u4eba\u5177\u6709\u81f4\u764c\u6027\uff09<\/span><\/h4>\n<h3 id=\"how-to-reduce-your-risk\">\u964d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n<p>\u65e0\u8bba\u5438\u98df\u70df\u8349\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u90fd\u6ca1\u6709\u5b89\u5168\u4e00\u8bf4\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u5438\u98df\u4efb\u4f55\u7c7b\u578b\u70df\u8349\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u90fd\u5f3a\u70c8\u5efa\u8bae\u4eba\u4eec\u6212\u70df\u3002\u79d1\u5b66\u8bc1\u636e\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u4e0e\u6301\u7eed\u5438\u70df\u8005\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u5e74\u9f84\u5927\u5c0f\uff0c\u6212\u70df\u8005\u7684\u9884\u671f\u5bff\u547d\u90fd\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8 noreferrer\">NCI<\/a>)\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5df2\u8bca\u65ad\u60a3\u764c\u4e4b\u540e\u6212\u70df\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u764c\u75c7\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u81ea\u884c\u6212\u70df\u65f6\u9047\u5230\u56f0\u96be\uff0c\u8bf7\u5411\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u751f\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u652f\u6301\u670d\u52a1\u5bfb\u6c42\u5e2e\u52a9\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u60a8\u6240\u5728\u5dde\u7684\u6212\u70df\u70ed\u7ebf (1-800-QUIT-NOW) \u6216\u7f8e\u56fd\u764c\u75c7\u534f\u4f1a (American Cancer Society, ACS) (1-800-ACS-2345)\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd\u764c\u75c7\u534f\u4f1a\u5efa\u8bae\u9009\u62e9\u4e00\u6bb5\u6ca1\u6709\u538b\u529b\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u6212\u70df\uff0c\u5bfb\u6c42\u5bb6\u4eba\u548c\u670b\u53cb\u7684\u652f\u6301\u548c\u9f13\u52b1\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u5f00\u5c55\u953b\u70bc\u6216\u6d3b\u52a8\u6765\u7f13\u89e3\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u6212\u70df\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0e\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u8ba8\u8bba\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6212\u70df\u7684\u836f\u7269
