id=\"what-science-tells-us\">\u79d1\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6fc0\u7d20\u66ff\u4ee3\u7597\u6cd5 (Hormone Replacement Therapy, HRT) \u6709\u51e0\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4ec5\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20\u3001\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20 + \u5b55\u6fc0\u7d20\uff08\u8054\u5408\uff09\u6216\u751f\u7269\u540c\u6e90\u6fc0\u7d20\u66ff\u4ee3\u7597\u6cd5\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20\u3002<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u867d\u7136\u5355\u72ec\u4f7f\u7528\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20\u8fdb\u884c\u6fc0\u7d20\u66ff\u4ee3\u7597\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u6539\u5584\u66f4\u5e74\u671f\u75c7\u72b6\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e\u6ca1\u6709\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u5bb6\u65cf\u53f2\u7684\u4eba\u60a3\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u4f46\u6b64\u7597\u6cd5\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u60a3\u5b50\u5bab\u5185\u819c\u764c\u7684\u98ce\u9669 (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.org\/cancer\/cancer-causes\/medical-treatments\/menopausal-hormone-replacement-therapy-and-cancer-risk.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u505c\u6b62\u6cbb\u7597\u540e\uff0c\u60a3\u5b50\u5bab\u5185\u819c\u764c\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u4ecd\u7136\u9ad8\u4e8e\u6b63\u5e38\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20+\u5b55\u6fc0\u7d20\uff08\u8054\u5408\uff09<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u3002<\/strong>\u60a8\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20\u548c\u5b55\u6fc0\u7d20\u7597\u6cd5\u6765\u6cbb\u7597\u66f4\u5e74\u671f\u75c7\u72b6\uff0c\u8fd9\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u8054\u5408\u6fc0\u7d20\u7597\u6cd5\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u6fc0\u7d20\u66ff\u4ee3\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u8d8a\u957f\uff0c\u98ce\u9669\u5c31\u8d8a\u9ad8\u3002\u505c\u7528\u6fc0\u7d20\u540e\u4e09\u5e74\u5185\u98ce\u9669\u4f1a\u6062\u590d\u6b63\u5e38\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u540d\u5973\u6027\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u59cb\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u505c\u6b62\u6fc0\u7d20\u66ff\u4ee3\u7597\u6cd5\u662f\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u751f\u7269\u540c\u6e90\u6fc0\u7d20\u7597\u6cd5\u3002<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8fd9\u79cd\u6fc0\u7d20\u7597\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u542b\u6709\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20\u548c\u9ec4\u4f53\u916e\u7684\u6fc0\u7d20\uff0c\u5176\u5316\u5b66\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u4f53\u5185\u5929\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u7ed3\u6784\u76f8\u540c\u3002 <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"epidemiological-evidence\">\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u8bc1\u636e<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8054\u5408\u6fc0\u7d20\u7597\u6cd5\u4e2d\u7684\u5b55\u6fc0\u7d20\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u5b50\u5bab\u5185\u819c\u764c\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cWomen\u2019s Health Initiative \u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8054\u5408\u6fc0\u7d20\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u5973\u6027\u60a3\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u548c\u5375\u5de2\u764c\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u66f4\u9ad8 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.gov\/about-cancer\/causes-prevention\/risk\/hormones\/mht-fact-sheet\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(NCI)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3002 Million Women Study \u540c\u6837\u53d1\u73b0\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20\u548c\u5b55\u6fc0\u7d20\u8054\u5408\u6cbb\u7597\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u60a3\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u7684\u98ce\u9669 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/15351099\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff08Clarkson \u7b49\u4eba\uff09<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u867d\u7136\u751f\u7269\u540c\u6e90\u6fc0\u7d20\u7597\u6cd5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u7597\u6cd5\u9500\u552e\uff0c\u4f46\u6ca1\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\u670d\u7528\u751f\u7269\u540c\u6e90\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u5973\u6027\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u8f83\u8f7b (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.gov\/about-cancer\/causes-prevention\/risk\/hormones\/mht-fact-sheet\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NCI)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3002\u751f\u7269\u540c\u8d28\u6fc0\u7d20\u4e0e\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u6fc0\u7d20\u7597\u6cd5\u5177\u6709\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"toxicology-evidence\/supporting\">\u6bd2\u7406\u5b66\u8bc1\u636e\/\u652f\u6301\u8bc1\u636e<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u68c0\u9a8c\u6fc0\u7d20\u66ff\u4ee3\u7597\u6cd5\u5bf9\u7334\u5b50\u548c\u5c0f\u9f20\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20 + style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 \u7c7b\uff08\u5bf9\u4eba\u5177\u6709\u81f4\u764c\u6027\uff09<\/span><\/h4>\n<h3 id=\"how-to-reduce-your-risk\">\u964d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4efb\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5355\u72ec\u4f7f\u7528\u8fd8\u662f\u4e0e\u5b55\u6fc0\u7d20\u8054\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u90fd\u5e94\u7531\u6bcf\u4f4d\u5973\u6027\u53ca\u5176\u533b\u751f\u5728\u6743\u8861\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u76ca\u5904\u540e\u505a\u51fa<\/span><a 400;\">\u6ce8\u610f\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u5973\u6027\u5728\u7edd\u7ecf\u540e\u51fa\u73b0\u4efb\u4f55\u9634\u9053\u51fa\u8840\u75c7\u72b6\uff0c\u5e94\u7acb\u5373\u62a5\u544a\uff1b\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u5b50\u5bab\u5185\u819c\u764c\u7684\u5f81\u5146\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u672a\u5347\u9ad8\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u60a3\u4e0a\u5b50\u5bab\u5185\u819c\u764c\u7684\u51e0\u7387\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3
